Eric Beckeman is a Founder of BMK & Associates and BMK Solutions. He has over seventeen years of management consulting expertise and more than twenty-five years in the automotive and aerospace industries. Eric holds an engineering degree from GMI Engineering & Management Institute (Kettering University) and has his MBA in Finance and Economics from the University of Chicago. Currently he serves as president of a metro-Detroit based Aerospace/Energy supplier and manages all of their day-to-day operations as well as their strategic and financial decisions.
Sudipta Misra
Managing Partner
Sudipta Misra is a Founder of BMK & Associates and BMK Solutions. He has over sixteen years of management consulting expertise and more than twenty-three years of experience in the automotive industry. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, a Master of Engineering degree from The Ohio State University, and an MBA from the University of Michigan. He has worked globally with multiple clients on projects in supply chain, quality, design for Six Sigma, business strategy, market strategy, and lean implementation.
Wayne Kakuda
Managing Partner
Wayne Kakuda is a Founder of BMK & Associates and BMK Solutions. He has eight years experience working for an automotive OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) in manufacturing, product engineering, product planning, and product development, and he also has four years' experience in management consulting, working on projects ranging from Lean manufacturing implementation at a brown field site to enterprise quality improvement initiatives at a domestic OEM. Wayne holds an engineering degree from GMI Engineering and Management Institute (Kettering University) and an MBA with a concentration in Finance and Quality from the University of Chicago.
